Hose Assembly Quality Assurance & Testing

Hose Cleaning and Sealing

We use a fast, less invasive way to clean contaminated hydraulic lines by shooting a projectile through the hose assembly (up to 4-½” ID), which removes internal contaminants, dirt, and oil. We finish it off by sealing the hose end with a heat-shrink capsule.

End Retention Testing

We can ensure that the crimp on a hose assembly is secure by putting it to a stress test, or in this case a “pull test.” Breathable air hose (among others) can be subjected to an end retention test at our facility. Each hose assembly is tested and certified before it ships, so you can assure the end user that the hose will not fail out in the field.
