Cycling Refrigerant Air Dryers

The Kaeser “Secotec” model of cycling refrigerant air dryers, available from 20 – 520 cfm @ 100 psig, provides maximum efficiency by operating the refrigerant compressor only when necessary. This is achieved by utilizing a thermal storage medium.

High Capacity Refrigerant Air Dryers

The Hope Group distributes Kaeser’s high capacity dryer (KHD), which is designed to dry compressed air to a safe and manageable dew point. With a capacity of up to 20,000 cfm, the KHD can handle the largest drying applications while protecting downstream equipment from damaging moisture.

High Pressure Refrigerant Air Dryers

The Hope Group distributes Kaeser’s HT (high pressure refrigerated dryers), which are specially designed for high pressure applications ranging from 500 psig up to 900 psig. Smooth surface, self-cleaning, copper heat exchanges resist fouling and maintain high heat transfer ability and low pressure drop for the life of the unit.

High Temperature Refrigerant Air Dryers

The Hope Group distributes Kaeser’s HTRD (high temperature refrigerant dryers), which are specially designed for use with 5 to 25 HP piston compressors, although they will work well with any similar sized compressor producing high inlet temperatures. Standard refrigerant dryers are designed to operate up to 120 degrees Fahrenheit.

Refrigerant Air Dryers

The Hope Group distributes Kaeser’s dual control and demand manager series refrigerant dryers. Depending on the application, the compressed air demand can remain steady or fluctuate. To meet these varying needs, Kaeser offers two refrigerant dryers: Dual Control and Demand Manager.

Regenerative Dessicant Air Dryers

The Hope Group distributes Kaeser’s twin tower, regenerative desiccant dryers, both heated and heatless. During the regeneration process, dry air is directed through the tower of saturated desiccant. This dry air purges the water and moisture vapor from the desiccant. Depending on the specific dew point requirements the correct type and size of desiccant air dryer can be selected.
